Doing 3 lb of thin sliced jerky (like what they make at Vallarta in S, Calif)

Let the marinade sit while i do some trim.

Going for an overnight, Toss it around if i can every few hours, then into dehydrator.

Jar is a brown mason jar, keeps the light off the cure.
