Top is thighs soaked in KC Masterpiece herb and garlic marinate over night, prefer Stubbs but this was good half the price. Bottom is naked breasts. Rubbed Zatterans blackened seasoning then threw some Ott's Silver Dollar bbq sauce, some Blues Hog, and Cholula hot sauce about 5 hr. soak. Breasts were not planned just something that was in freezer and needed lunch through the week and thought I would try skinless to smoke. Put the ET 732 in the breast first. Smoked with Apple wood for 3 hrs. 0n all. Hot was for me of course. Wife doesn't like hot at all.
Terrible pics but it was good. Greens from garden. Took breast off at 170 and let rest.
