Nevermind... I saw some of Bearcarver's pics and it's just thick worchestshire. I need to look around the grocery store.

@bofos2002 Yeah, been haunting these forums since April. Some of the nomenclature I still have to ask about....LOL. Drove myself crazy trying to figure out CBP......Finally asked Bear....Coarse Black Pepper. Felt like an idiot.

Don't worry about it Jim, we've all been there! Sometimes still am! But in "for new members " section there is a thread for acronyms and what they stand for, it's a sticky. Know you're not so new anymore but sometimes I still have to go look.

I've had and used a thick Woo sauce from somewhere and it was nice. It may have been from Panola Pepper. I know I've used their Woo sauce and it was good but can't remember the consistency for sure.

Anyway everyone needs to know about Panola Pepper. Everything I've ever bought from them has been good and they have a great recipe section too. They have a nice little gift shop out in the middle of a farm field just outside Lake Providence, LA.
