Pretty sure I'm going with... gonna eat what I want... grew up eating what mom cooked. Eat what my wife or I cook... no need to listen to the so called " experts" tell me what I should eat. Have parents and grandparents did fine in their lives without all the experts telling them what's good and bad for them. It gets tiring!

Olive oil is a fruit oil-not a seed oil. As long as it is cold pressed extra virgin olive oil, and it is pure and the real deal, not adulterer, it is fine. As are Avocado oil and coconut oil.
I exclusively use olive, coconut and avocado oils along with occasionally bacon grease or beef tallow.

Palm oil is acceptable as well, even though the seed oil companies have demonized it. Palm oil is very close to coconut oil and is high in saturated fats. Which as you know, are good for you. One of the best fuels for your body to burn for energy.
