I don't know. But if you will put crackers or rice in your grinder after you grind the peppers. It makes really good breading for fish or chicken.

I do not eat fish. I do use these ground peppers in my flour mix for dipping chicken when I fry it....Very tasty......I will try the rice and crackers thanks for the tip.
