Therometer wire

What do most of you do with the regular mes therometer wire I don't use it much have it held with a couple magnets but always seems like it's in the way of racks

I've never used the MES thermometer. I have been using iGrill for chamber and meat temp. Just bought an Inkbird IBT-6XS to replace the iGrill.
