I bought one a few years ago thru Amazon 7-17-2018. At that time they offer an extended warranty (I believe a rep was on this site). A probe failed, how do I contact them?

I got mine from Amazon right about that time also. Just ordered new probes, 8 and 5 inch, $14.98. RAY

If bought in 2017 and before, lifetime probes with the enclosed card I read. 2018+ 3 years on probes.

I have a 2017 . Card is here somewhere . Both probes are bad . I should get the new ones and donate it .
