I just purchased a TP20. Waiting on it to arrive. Can I use 1 probe of this to monitor the smoker temp and another to monitor the meat temperature at the same time?

Yep. As long as it is the newer version. Some of the older versions are still out there that do not have the BBQ (monitoring) function.
