lost probe over the past weekend. emailed thermopro yesterday about noon and before end of day a reply was sent to me. a new probe is in the mail.. super service, love my thermopro..

I have a problem with my battery door not clicking into place and staying locked on to the back on my TP08 receiver, since new last month. Contacted them and they told me to send them pictures, well the tab is not broken just a bad fit or something so taking pictures won't show anything. I just use some tape to keep the door from falling off.

I have a 20 and an 08 . I have to depress the belt clip on the cover to get the 2 lower prongs to fit in the body , other wise it interferes and makes it hard to seat all the way , and it wont lock .
