For me the accuracy on the Thermopro temp spike has been good but the range is terrible... says 350 feet it's more like 35 -50 feet depending on obstructions. I've also had one crap out on me so I'm kinda 50/50 on them. I've been thinking about the thermoworks wireless but figured I'd wait to see what the holiday sales bring.

Went looking for a wireless solution sometime back and tried the Thermopro Temp Spike. Got similar results, range was terrible and one of my probes also crapped out. That was my only deviation from Thermoworks (TW) and my last. When TW came out with their RFX I went with it. Love the BT range plus wifi. FYI, their rechargable probes can even go in the dishwasher.
