What's the best wireless meat thermometer you've used for low-and-slow cooks? My current probes are all over the place with temps—nothing reliable inside the smoker. I've heard Meater gets a ton of love for accuracy and app alerts, but curious about your real-world experiences (pros/cons, alternatives like ThermoWorks or ThermoPro?).
