Looking at possibly ordering this Thermo Pro TP 920 from Amazon for my new smoker.
It has 2 probes.. i would use 1 for meat and other for smoker temperature.
Any thoughts or recommendations before I pull the trigger?

Inkbird is a sponsor on here & always has deals going on. I have a couple of their 4 probe therms & they are dead on accurate. This is the one I have & it’s on sale today only For $39.99

I have a 4 probe inkbird and as Al said it's very accurate. I purchased it on the cheap during one of their flash sales. I also have one of their insta-reads which is also very accurate. In all honesty I rarely use the 4 probe anymore. I rely on the insta-read for meat internal temps and a simple dial oven therm for the cooking temps.

Same as Al's unit, very accurate as is my other Inkbird.
TP 20 does get used much anymore.

Thanks for the advice and info.. Inkbird it is.. and is a prime day price here in Canada too.
