and my newly built smoker. lol then after complaining she sucks it all down like a vacuum cleaner.

Today was my first run on an all propane smoke. Talk about lazy. Set it and forget. Just add some wood chunks every once in a while.

If I take any more days off I am gonna weigh 400 pounds for sure.

I think she is just really jealous of the smoker. It has consumed a ton of my time since I started fabricating the thing about a month ago.

Addicted Yea we all are. If it not takin pictures of our Q it's prepping everything or just the matter of smoking everything and then the eating (takes where she comes in) then you hve to hang out in here and tell all of us about how much fun it was it make and eat. Addicted NO not you.
You have made one fine looking smoker and I love all my gas smokers to.

My next move is to source a somewhat rare 5lb (new ones are 60 bucks) propane tank for it. Then I can fab up a little rack for the bottle inbetween the two wheels hanging off the end.

It's amazing those 5 pound tanks are twice as expensive as a brand new 5gal 20 pound standard tank.

Then I think she will be complete.

Yeah that is true lol. I do have a few vices. Well maybe just one vice now since a quit smoking 14 months ago. Yeah the realy icky smoking.

you need to remind her that while you are smoking you are atr homeand making stuff for the both of you, there are many many worse addictions and she shoule be happy this one is yours!!!!
