Unfortunately, I lack the talent to post more than one Q-view at a time,so I invite you to visit my profile and down at the bottom you will see my Albums.Click the one Wedding shots of the Smoke and you can see what I did
Beating_A_Dead_Horse_by_livius.gif
. I wasn't able to get shots of all my finished product, my camera kept disapearing over to the "Bridezilla" zone

.

I did two loads, why, because it's my way and I don't want to lose all that beautiful Blue Smoke and pressure. I keep the lid closed until my time equation is at hand.So Butts in by their self and Brisky's later...

Now to keep this as a "real"affair,I'll toss in a shot or two...

I didn't have a chance to get any finished shots of the Brisky, the Son's M/C Club came and devoured it,scared some of the family(old folks)and left beer cans all over

. He's married now and that problem is for his Wife

120# of finished meat and nothing left after the Bikers left

Thanks for the Kudos, I wished the Brisket would of stayed long enough to get a shot, but Trish had the camera and the Bikers took the meat in; after that I didn't see any anywhere

I do know that it was excellent and had a goor Bark and smokering*(or so the bikers said)

Congrats on both the successful smoke and the wedding.  Looks like you did a great job on both
