Hey all,
I went back and forth for a while before deciding to just bite the bullet and get a vortex. I’ve been getting some really good results on chicken thighs, drums, and wings lately on the PBC but I thought why not try the vortex.

And boy am I glad I did. Did some thighs and wings for dinner tonight. Ran B&B lump in the vortex and just brushed some buffalo sauce on the wings at the very end. Took about 30 or so minutes and was really great. The skin crisp was perfect!

Thanks for looking!
