We are the TTT Crew, located on a chicken farm in the middle of nowhere, Mississippi. We have a Cajun Injector Electric Smoker and we smoke meat anywhere from 1-3 times a month. Our reason for joining, besides the excellent selection of opinions and advice is that our chip tray in our smoker has degraded, and the bottom is almost gone. Wondering if there is anywhere we can order a replacement chip tray from or if there is any way we can rig one up. Any suggestions are welcome.
