Opted for a deconstructed beef taco. Sliced the chuck rather than fully pulled so I could have the satisfaction of pulling each bite!

I agree having a digital dinner is just not the same!

I would enjoy having a neighbor to help on a few more builds....you know everyone else in the whole world is moving to Idaho so you might as well....lol

Looks good . I think I like it sliced better than shredded . I just did " sliced chuck practice " a couple weeks ago . Nice work .

I’m with you on the sliced! It seems to keep more of that savory flavor intact!

The only problem is I consumed way to much. That is also a problem with pulling, way to much ends up getting sampled lol!

Yea ya think, September snow tells me the wall tent with lots o wood, chains & snow shoes may be in play for the late bow hunt.......

Ok been eating on these chucks all week and we have reached the final preparation.

So the wife turned remaining sliced pieces into beef chuck barley soup :-)
