A special delivery from Rich (chopsaw)

Thank you my friend, this will come in way handy when I do small batches of sausage.
Going to do a hang today of some salami sticks.

Before.

It really does come in handy . I designed it to work with my MES 30 , so wasn't sure how it would work for you .
I typically do about 10 pounds in the smoker .
I like to use the smoke sticks to hang . That way I just move the whole row to and from the smoker .
3 - 2 1/2 pound chubs and 2 1/2 pounds of links .

BTW , this was in return for some dehydrated starter Rick sent me .
Took a couple weeks to get it going , but I've been through 15 pounds of flour since .
