The Pizza/Bread Oven

Not had much time to get the16" Vevor double deck pizza oven going. Like one of the smaller Rofco bread ovens. Yeah it's a learning curve.

Bake time was 58 mins at 390* Bread temp was 205. I had it plugged into a 15amp circuit so I could only heat one deck up, will put it on a 20amp next time so I can heat both decks.

You say bread/pizza oven.

What is in the ovens for rack / grate, is it a metal sheet or thin stone . Or did you put something over the wire rack.

Thanks for the update . I was asking before , because I was wondering about the element over the bread . Looks close .
Was also thinking if your Auber controller would work with that ? After it pre heats , maybe keeps the element from being full on ? Maybe that's not an issue .

Pic looks close (was worried the bread was going to touch) there was close to 3" space there. The temp control shuts off when gets to temp, dont feel like messing with the Auber digital PITA.

Stone about 1/2" thick. Takes a good 45 mins to heat up.

Thanks Rick, sounds good , will have to look up this oven . I enjoy using a stone to cook on often.

It is only $394.90 right from Vevor Canada.

Will see this summer once all the building is finished at the new property. Might be a nice spot in the storage garage for one of these, just saying.
