It’s almost sad to say, but we have been “plating” our meals long before I ever took a picture or there were things like forums and such. We like to make make a nice gourmet plate then sit down on the coffee table in front of the TV to eat it.....

Ps a white plate and low light (no flash) make a nice food pic!

Can I have the recipe for the glaze on the brisket.
 
The glaze was pretty simple, just your fav bbq for beef and then mix about 1/2 cup or so of Jeffs Mop Water!
