Hello everyone. I am starting a new business building smokers and want some opinions and support on "The Perfect Smoker". I am going to build these for home use so what type of features would you like on a smoker. Please comment on size of smoker, number of racks, maneuverability, coal, propane, electric, square or round, temperature dispaly(analog vs digital), is weight an issue, color, personalization ( decals and such), place for utensils, and anything else you would like to comment on. Your comments and support is very much appreciated. Thanks to all. " Smoke em if ya got em" !!!

I really love the stainless box smokers. I own a smokin-it #1 and totally love it. I like electric for ease of use and cost to run, and analog temp is fine by me. Seems the more electronics you add the greater the problems you have in the long run. As far as size I like a nice stout compact smoker, since I'm usually only smoking for around 6 people and anything too big is just a waste space, and extra cost to heat. I've got the stainless steel cart for my smoker as well. I like the fold down trays and space for storage, and the locking caster wheels. Simple is better. I'd rather pay extra for a well made smoker, than some fancy thing that won't last. Good luck on getting your business off the ground. I'll keep checking back for updates.
