Hi Doug here from Red Wing Minnesota. I have been cooking for around 6 years now and have done most of my cooking on my Traeger, I have also cooked on a number of offset rigs and have decided that the taste is just that much better sooooo..... I am now in the Middle of my first big smoker build and will be posting some pics and have some questions but will post all that to the proper area. Just wanted to say hi.
