Yeah I'm the new guy today. Been smoking for a few years as a hobby. I smoke mainly the basics like pork butt, Turkey, chicken, brisket, etc., but have been branching out a little more lately. My name is Mike and I live in Martinsville, Indiana. I smoke with my Camp Chef Smoke Vault 24 in. right now, thoughts on this smoker are appreciated as well. I know there are better and definately worse, it's been a decent smoker and seems to hold the heat fairly well for me. Anyways, glad to be here and I look forward to meeting you all.

Martinsville! That's just down the road from Area 37 which was a hot pepper field in the Adrian orchard at Waverly.

That has been a big campout event since 1998. Several people have brought smokers and deep friers, etc. At its peak the event had maybe 200 foodie chileheads and one year we even got a film crew from Al Roker. I greeted them at about 5:00 AM and escorted therm in.

That's my pocketknife at 3:46
