Hello folks. I'm new here and thought I would introduce myself. I'm 32 years old and living in Alexandria, VA. I moved here 4 years back from a lifetime in Florida because my wife is Air Force. I've been a chef for 13 years except for the last year I'm a home-dad to our new son. The Smoker I use is a ventricle MASTERBUILT which I modified and sealed up. I love a good smoked pork shoulder with a excellent dry rub on it. I like to make my own everything from rubs, mops, all 3 BBQ sauces ( ketchup based, mustard based and the lesser known Ranch or mayonnaise based which is amazing for dunking your chickens in a few times midway three and towards the end). I am very knowledgable with cooking of all cuisines so feel free to ask technique or whatever. It's great to be here
