The chicken breast used 1/2 pair of OctoForks for the spin.

Mmmmmm... Those both look good.
Thanks. Both were good but the chicken was outstanding.   It's been forever and a day since I've had sloppy joes...sounded good!   Minced up jalapenos for it which added some mild heat.

The juiciest in the world Case!   lol    I think because they're not getting the conduction heat from a grill grate is what makes the biggest difference.  It gets a little conduction from the back side but overall they're pretty much just getting convection heat...and radiant since it was over a fire.

I gotta agree with Case on this one, SV chicken breasts are the juiciest I have ever had!

However I don't have your setup, so I can't say for sure that yours aren't as good.

Everything you cooked looks absolutely delicious & I'm sure the breasts were dripping with juice!

So I'm sending a point your way!

Oh yea I know sous vide has got to be juicy without a doubt.   Still have to try out SV cooking.    Gotta say the flavor from spinning over this split fire was omg good.  I'm sure the rub made a big difference too.  I used sea salt then sprinkled with this rub from sucklebusters called "Wild Thang"   It's made for wild game but I like it on about everything...it's got a nice savory flavor

This is one time I would like someone to give me the bird! Great result, Keith.
