Here's the Char Siu I made... I wish I could have gotten better slices, but they sent a bone in roast and the good half I saved for sweet and sour. I will probably make the fried rice in the morning after my GY shift give the meat a chance to firm up for dicing... I made the rice yesterday so another day of aging for the rice works well for my timeline. 1st pics raw ..

Done.....

Forgot the peas and carrots lol :<(... I did put 2 eggs in there with a little Bachan's also... New Wok kicked butt no sticking came out pretty good. I was a little lite on the rice because someone snuck in and ate some rice and pork when I was at work O.o sigh lol. I was also a little light on the green onions as they had started to wilt.

Think I have posted mine here . Will check and post it a little later for you. I just use the store made wraps though. But the filler is really good.

Here is mine I did a while ago, we do a big bunch at one time and freeze them, bring out when we want a snack or have an Asian meal. 20 - 30 at a time . That way we only do the deep fryer once in a while . As these reheat really well in the oven or toaster oven

We really like them,

I found my recipe that I use when not lazy to make Sweet and Sour anything balls, chicken, pork, beef you get the picture
Also good for fish and or onion rings

Sweet and Sour Bo Bo Ball Batter
1 cup flour
1 tea baking powder
1/2 tea salt
1 - egg
1 cup milk
1/4 cup salad oil, or what ever you like
extra flour for what ever you might need , roll the meat etc in a little flour before into the batter

Egg Roll Filling
1 pound Hamburger cooked and drained
6 large potatoes = ( 4 cups mashed )
1 med onion minced ( fine chopped )
1/2 cup cabbage minced ( just shred or very thin cuts )
2 table soya sauce
1 egg
2 tea spice ( my fried potato spice ) - or you can use Lawry's seasoning salt
1/2 tea curry
1/4 tea Chinese 5 Spice
1 table corn starch
1 tea sugar
1/4 tea salt

Mix all until well blended, I think I used about 2+ tablespoon in each wrapper

Than moisten edges and fold, press the edges, and than deep fry

If you have any questions please just ask. I think it is pretty straight forward , but I have been doing for quite a while so I might just think I have the steps in my head lol.
