Chris, have you ever thrown a couple pieces of bacon on your E.S. sandwich?
If not you have to try it, the kill'er look'in sandwich in your photo is scream'in BACON, can you hear it?

Haha, I have that little garlic slicer, grater as well, I wish the slicer, sliced the garlic, so you can damn near see through it thin, which is "grate" for melting into sauces and olive oil.

Yes I have Dan. It makes it even better. funny thing is I was cooking up some bacon for my sandwich and was getting some lettuce from a pre-made salad and realized that there was some bacon bits right there waiting to be used. I saved the bacon for another one.

The Japanese style is what got me started on this. They press it through a sieve which is way harder than a potato ricer. We have Kewpie mayo but Best foods is good enough for me.
Swear I saw somewhere that they do not use the egg whites at all.
