Trying not to inject anything political into this thread, so lets look at it from a judicial viewpoint. Courts reverse rulings all the time.

Thought I would post the ATF FAQs. It provides some clarity on their current position….. there is still considerable risk of a change later and that causing issues……

Now this is interesting. I've put off a 300 blk build for a long time because of the sbr thing. I may or may not have purchased a few cans since this all came about, and decided to do a full length build just to avoid the sbr. After spending quite a bit of time researching and making decisions on what I was doing, now I might rethink this. Argh.

Just ordered a threaded barrel for one of my pistols to use as a house gun. Can TBD.
