The Army gave me a day off

So I brined a Butt in an apple cider brine--1 quart apple cider 3/4 cup of salt--overnight last night, went on the smoker about 3 hours ago, I hope this is as good as I think it will be, I have a bunch of the people I work with and their families coming over to join us for dinner
