Had to replace my fire box and completed the project on Wednesday prior to Thanksgiving. So I figure I would try it on a few baby back, pork butt, and chuck roast. This time I only used Everglades on the roast and soaked the ribs and butt in Coke Cola and it was great, if I must say so myself.... 100% gone! New Fire Box Temp at 225 and ready Ribs, Pork Butt, and Chuck Roast Messed up on the picture of the butt. Here are shots of the ribs and roast. Hope everyone has as nice of a Thanksgiving and we did.
