Thanks for adding me. I have been smoking meat for a while. Unfortunately when we recently moved from Texas back home to Arkansas, I had to leave my home made offset smoker. So, to get ready for the Holliday festivities, I went out and bought a propane smoker from gander mtn. I have used it a few times and am starting to get the hang of it. Looking forward to learning from everyone
