Seymour Butts here, I have been reading from all over this forum and picked up a lot of great info to try out.

I live on the border of Wisconsin and Illinois where grilling brats and hanging at Moe's tavern drinking Duffs.... is a favorite pastime.

Getting into smoking and the only experience I've had smoking has been smoking salmon.

Next will be some pork ribs and butts.
