Thanks for the idea

Mixed up a large meatloaf yesterday. Divided it in half and added some of my rub to half. Both turned out very good, but the one with the rub stands out. Sorry I can't do pics, but thanks fellow smoker for all the ideas that I have learned about since I found this forum. I enjoy the reading and friendship very much. Steve

Yep, that's what it is all about! Everyone here has learned something they put to use without doubt.
Now you got me thinking about smoked meatloaf. Dang!

Mike it makes a good sandwich. Had to have one after reading the forum and seeing all the pics.
