Mixed up a large meatloaf yesterday. Divided it in half and added some of my rub to half. Both turned out very good, but the one with the rub stands out. Sorry I can't do pics, but thanks fellow smoker for all the ideas that I have learned about since I found this forum. I enjoy the reading and friendship very much.
