Well we did the baby back ribs at a recommended 275 degrees. My compliments as they were pretty good. Next Princess is looking for a nice Pork butt or two and more baby backs. Our son, who hands out all the advice needed has said " gotta do at least two butts and four ribs at a time". Uh huh easy to say when we buy the meat, condiments, wood and propane and he just walks across the street when it's ready!

And my guess is he goes home with a "care package". Of course he wants more meat!
