Just wanted to share some photos of my 3rd year smoking turkeys.  I will include all that I have done and processed so others can see what I have done right and done wrong.

Nice looking smoker and nice looking birds.  I think I see the whole Sunday paper in there.  I could have used a couple of pieces of those this morning for my chimney starter.  I was completely out and had to resort to phone book paper, which works in a crunch.  Happy Thanksgiving!
 
Nice looking birds, if you still can truss those wings!!!!  A little butcher string will have those wings looking really good on the table.
