Texas Rookie Smoker

Hey folks. Have been lurking for a little while and decided to start posting. Wanted to intro myself. I have been grilling for years but had my first smoke weekend before last. I have a Char Broil SS, with extended smoke stack, charcoal basket and lowered temp gauges. I picked up the Maverick ET73 thermo. Smoke turned out pretty good but there is always room for improvment.

Anyways, howdy from Texas. Happy Smokin'.
