Grew up in Texas until my job had me relocate to Indiana. Not new to smoking, but do consider myself very much an amateur. I've really been learning a lot from these forums, and based on advice I read on here, I made the best pulled pork and ribs ever. Will be making more for the 4th, and I hope it turns out as well as last time if not better. I use a Mastercraft smoker with the cold smoking attachment.

Welcome from pa, ya joined a great site, lots of knowledgeable people here who are more then willing to help with any questions you might have or to just to throw the bull with.

Welcome! I lived in Indiana for many years. There is a great BBQ place in Edinburgh, Indiana named Hickory Hills. Highly recommend it if you are near there. The original owner used to grow all of his peppers on site and made a great Carolina slaw to put on top of the sandwiches. He had over 12 different homemade sauces out on each table for you to try. This is a great and helpful forum on anything smoke related!
