test post IE9. Need help

Been having problems with IE so I upgraded and loaded IE9 and now I cannot reply. When I hit submit the please wait box appears and the bar is rolling but it stays that way.

I also use Firefox but I tried IE9 and it is a POS... I reverted back to IE8.
