Nice gesture! clifish clifish

How you guys using this? Marinate and that's it or maybe marinate and brush some at the end like bbq.
If i have a tough cut of beef I will marinate it with fresh pineapple, mango juices and mix in some soy, garlic and this marinade. Depending on thickness usually does not need to more than 1.5 hours or the enzymes in the fresh juice will break don the meet too much.

I have also put in a spray bottle and spritzed various meats, caramelized nice on the grill.

The best teriyaki sauce I ever had was in some hole in the wall Teriyaki Shack somewhere in Seattle..
All they did was teriyaki chicken or beef, rice and another couple of sides, and they did it very well.

Wish I'd asked what they used... Yep, likely came in a 5gal bucket from their food distributor.

But I've compared every sauce to theirs since and not found it's equal.
The flavor was off the charts and it glazed the meat so nicely.

Yoshida's is great, as are several others.
I use Yoshida's alone as a marinade and glaze.
Recently I started using it in JJ's Char Siu sauce recipe, which is darned good.
