Hey All,

So made me some wanna be asian inspired food this morning. I used the Yoshidas teriyaki sauce, sirloin, sweet yellow onion, and broccoli... First time firing up the new wok too. I might need a ring though it didn't wobble or anything but the flame wasn't as strong as say a restaurant. That sauce is the freakin bomb not too salty or bitter tangy like regular sauce.. I marinated for about 12 hours drained the meat and added some corn starch and added it at the end. Only other thing I added was some grated ginger... Turned out pretty good. Oh and I made some Jasmine instant rice for it to go over.

Some good looking chow there, nice work Negolien! I've been firing up the wok on my patio propane stove about once a week this summer, too hot to cook inside. Yoshida's sauce is the bomb for teriyaki beef and chicken. Check out Trader Joe's frozen section for pot stickers and shu mai, better than take out and one quarter the price. RAY
