Disco , they are really tender . Even cooked to medium .

Man that all looks great. I’ve not seen that cut at the GFS I frequent. I’ll have to ask the manager. I do get clods there a lot. Maybe I need to learn to separate this and the flat iron.

jcam , thanks for the comment . The one by me just started carrying them , tagged as " chuck tender " the first pack I bought was I think $5.35 a lb . I was there last week end , they are up to $6.25 a lb . Still worth it to me , but getting close to what I would pay .
