Good Morning Ladies and Gentlemen,  I've been following your site for sometime...Ya'll are definitely the premier smoking experts!

I just smoked my first pork belly.  It was good but the next one will be better...definitely a learning curve.  I used a modified bullet smoker with a temp adjustable hot plate.  I also have a Weber summit grill  which I find is too hot for smoking.  Looking forward to

learning from you all.
