I smoked a pork tenderloin last week using the recipe below. It came out fantastic (sorry no pics of that one)! It was tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor. Yesterday I smoked a two pack I got from Sams club using the same recipe, however this time I totally forgot they mayo, but man ole man these two came out even better than the last one. I cannot get over the taste and juicy moist meat, it's became by far one of my favorite meals and so so easy to cook, don't take all day like a shoulder or brisket. I highly recommend trying this!!

I love smoked tenderloin. Those look fantastic. What temp did you pull them at? Def one of my favorite meals too.

I did these a couple months ago with 4 different rubs/flavor profiles and I can still taste how good they were.
