So yesterday was my buddies birthday and I take stock and give him the options for me to cook.He chooses- you guessed it.I take the primal out of the fridge and cut it open over the sink to bleed out.Hmm that's strange...only a few drops, maybe a teaspoon. The primal was good looking, normal smelling, from grocery that I always shop at.So I cut some nice steaks and still the teeniest amount of blood,Hmm.Season them and vac seal the rest.Heat up my Le Creuset grill pan nice'n hot, throw'em in and it's steam city like manhole covers in NYC!It didn't want to take a good sear,I cooked them to feel (steaming the whole time) and plated. What a rip off!The label should have read "Water Added".Never in my life has this happened before.Anyone else?
