I’m smoking an 11lb turkey. Grill Temp has been steady at 225 for the most part. My internal temp of the turkey is reading at 110 already...does that seem too high too fast? I got the turkey in at 225 at 730am and it’s 845 now,CST
I’m dug in for a 10-11ish hour smoke by all accounts, right? Anything seem off to anyone?

musing a bluetooth Weber probe thermometer. It’s got a fresh battery (well fresh out of the box—reading at 70%).

thoughts?

Hey Twrexx, curious how your turkey turned out. I smoked my last Whole turkey a couple weeks ago. Lol.
Its just a lot of work for something that doesn’t taste too good the next day. Now turkey drumsticks are a different story. I’ll stick to those.
