My plate now I'm stuffed!

Your killin me with all your TT cooks.   Super expensive here.   Like 10.99 a lb.

POINTS

I use to feel your pain. They used to be up to $13# in the summer here the my local GFS started to sell them as low as $2.45 there about $3 now still usally cheaper and healthier then ground beef. Maybe I can get a basket for my Cajun bandit rotisserie that just shipped today!:sausage:

Once you start spinning meat you wont go back.   Be warned now.

I wish tri-tip wasn't so pricey and hard to get here....
Tried to give points, but not sure if it took. It looks wonderful!

That looks awesome. Hey I live in Chicago and was wondering where I can get totanka dust? B have you ever tried cooking the mushrooms in olive oil and minced garlic first then finishing by simmering in a balsamic vinegette and a little red cooking wine?

Look up Owen's BBQ for the Tatonka Dust! MossyMO,a member here and other forums is the hook up! I'm not really a fan of to much of anything in the shrooms personally but thanks for the tip! I suggest the 1 pound bag not the shaker for your first purchase!

Wheaton Meat Company in Wheaton, IL about 40 minutes outside of Chicago carries the shakers of Tatonka Dust seasoning in case you ever travel that direction! There are a couple other Illinois locations, but Wheaton is the closest to Chicago. If you don't place an order with us and plan on picking it up from a distributor I would suggest calling ahead to make sure they have it in stock! www.owensbbq.com/where-to-find-us.html
