Just saw it today (8 Sep 2018) and verified online, KBB 15.4lb bags are $5 each.
Decent enough if you missed the HD/Lowes KBB sale last weekend.

Shows in stock for the two towns I checked, Houston and Omaha so I guess it isn't just my area.

Yep, looked at two stores near me (online)in N.E Ohio. Regular price is $7.99 a bag, on sale now for $5.

Just went by there a second time today, got two bags. Looks like today was the last day if I read the dates in small characters on the bottom left of the sale sign.
