How do I get the charcoal going without using lighter fluid?

Get yourself a charcoal chimney like this Adam,

I use a propane torch but i also have a charcoal chimney , you can buy one at walmart or ace hardware store.

Thanks for the info guys, i will pick one up when I go to walmart to see if they have royal oak charcoal.
