We grilled up some big t-bones tonight. These were 1.5" thick. Hit them with some Killer Hogs AP Rub and then a light dusting of Chicago Steak seasoning.

Fired up the Weber gas grill with the GrillGrates. They were on for about 25 minutes total.

Looks mighty good to me.

Point for sure.

They look damn good to me too!

Don'tcha like those Grill Grates? I used some for an emergency fix when I had a grill fall apart <covers mouth with hand and says, "rusted">. LOL They worked really well. I am back to expansion metal again, but the grill grates worked really well. I was happily surprised.

You tried "Country Line" yet? Whenever I was in Austin I always carried a stack of their pies in the back seat for customers.

Yessir. Real good Beef Ribs. and their Mexican Deviled Eggs are really good. Been awhile since I've been though.

Looks great! I think the butchers around here forgot what T-Bones and Porterhouses are, at least in the groceries.
