Anybody tried this? just got some tonight, but haven't tried it yet. It is a brine concentrate.
 
Never seen it. Let everyone know how it is. You may have something special for an exhange with someone. What did you pay for it if I may ask?
 
Dude - kinda pricey - about 9 bucks for a pint, but you dilute it 2x....add 1/2 cup water for every 1/2 cup brine.

I really like grilled thick cut pork chops and have been brining them to keep them juicy. I'll try this one later in the week and see how it compares to my old standby with molassas and brown sugar. Will advise.
